South Korean tech giant Samsung Electronics Co. claimed the top spot in soundbar global sales for the 10th year in a row.

According to market research firm Futuresource Consulting, Samsung Electronics held a market share of 20.3 percent in terms of revenue and 18.8 percent in terms of quantity in the global soundbar market in 2023. With this achievement, the company has remained in the top position since 2014.

The company’s various soundbar products, including the top-of-the-line HW-Q990C launched in 2023, received favorable responses from users for their immersive sound and convenient connectivity. Its premium soundbar, the HW-Q800C, was named the best soundbar of 2023 by U.K. online information technology (IT) publication TechRadar.
