À̹ÌÁö È®´ë South Korea¡¯s female executives in the top 500 companies represented 6.3% of their total executives in Q1, exceeding 6% for the first time after adding 0.8% points from a year ago, according to the gender equality index announced by the Women in Innovation (WIN) and corporate data researcher Leaders Index. Gender equality index measuring gender equality in 353 Korean corporations rose to 56.7 points, 4.8 points higher from a year ago. CJ CheilJedang, Amorepacific, KB Life Insurance, Krafton, Hana Bank, Citibank Korea, and Hanmi Pharmaceutical are among the top 10 firms regarding gender equality.
