Seoul will offer up to 50% cash reimbursement in foreign investment in areas deemed strategically important for South Korean such as chips and batteries, and vaccines under revised cash support system for foreign-invested enterprises. Korea has also upped state commitment in foreign investment support fund on such technologies by 20%p to 50:50 in capital and surrounding areas and 80:20 in non-capital areas.
