GMTCK CEO Roberto Rempel appointed as GM Korea’s new CEO

Roberto Rempel, currently president of GM Technical Center Korea (GMTCK), a local R&D unit of U.S. car giant General Motors, was named CEO of GM Korea, effective June 1. Rempel replaces Kaher Kazem, who was promoted as executive vice president of SAIC-GM in China. GMTCK Vice President Brian McMurray would move up as chief of the R&D unit.
