Shinhan Group to command third largest ownership in Vietnamese ecommerce player Tiki

Shinhan Financial Group signed a contract to acquire a 10% stake in the Vietnamese e-commerce platform Tiki boasting more than 20 million customers. With Shinhan Bank and Shinhan Card each taking up 7% and 3% ownership, Shinhan Financial Group will become the third-largest shareholder of Tiki. According to Shinhan Bank, Tiki is a leader in the Vietnamese e-commerce market as it offers various products from groceries to digital services as well as fast shipping.
