FTC finds Tesla mislead customers on drive range

South Korea’s Fair Trade Commission has found that Tesla has misled Korean customers through ads on models including Model 3 available in Korea, which says the vehicles are capable of driving up to 528 km or more on a single charge. The actual driving range however decreases when the temperatures go below zero or the car rides on expressways. FTC plans to review a punitive action.
