South Korea’s top economic daily Maeil Business Newspaper on Thursday held its newsroom meeting on a new shared world – metaverse – where editors and reporters gathered from different locations, through SK Telecom’s Jump – Virtual Meetup platform, using avatars of their choice. The idea was planned to enhance understanding of a virtual universe and bring revolutionary changes to future journalism.
