Turnout ratio for Seoul and Busan mayor votes at 12.2% by midday

Turnout ratio for the byelections voting on the mayors of Seoul and Busan averages at 12.2 percent by midday, progressing slower than the regular elections which are designated as a holiday. In Seoul, the turnaround ratio has been 12.7 percent and in Busan 11.6 percent.
