A bus stop near Jumumjin Beach in Gangneung, Gangwon Province that was the setting for music video of Korean superstar BTS¡¯s song ¡°Spring Day¡± and covered the 2017 ¡°You Never Walk Alone¡± album is the first destination BTS fans want to visit when they come to Korea.
According to a survey conducted by the Korea Tourism Organization on eight websites promoting traveling to Korea, 21.8 percent out of BTS¡¯s 22,272 fans from 137 countries hoped to visit the bus stop in Gangneung the most, featured on the cover of the septet¡¯s ¡°You Never Walk Alone¡± album.
Dadaepo Beach in the southern port city Busan (visited by Jimin for summer vacation) was the second choice with 12.2 percent, Damyang Metasequoia-lined Road in Damyang (RM visited) with 12.1 percent, Line Friends flagship store in Itaewon (the largest that sells BTS members¡¯ BT 21 character goods) with 11.8 percent, and Iryeong Station in Yangju (the shooting spot for ¡°Spring Day¡± music video) with 7 percent.

By age group, teens, 20s and 30s desired to visit the bus stop the most, 40s Line Friends¡¯ Iteawon store, and 50s Damyang Metasequoia-lined Road.
The Korea Tourism Organization is planning various promotion events and tourism products to better appeal to the foreign fans flying to Korea to follow in the footsteps of their favorite band.
