1. Korea`s official foreign reserves as of the end of August 2018 amounted to 401.1 billion dollars.
- Korea`s official foreign reserves consisted of securities valued at 372.8 billion dollars (92.9%), deposits of 18.1 billion dollars (4.5%), SDRs of 3.5 billion dollars (0.9%), the country`s IMF reserve position of 1.9 billion dollars (0.5%), and gold of 4.8 billion dollars (1.2%).
