Hanjin Group Chairman Cho Yang-ho was re-summoned to the Seoul Southern Prosecutors¡¯ Office on Thursday morning, his fourth visit to the prosecutorial or court building this year, as the list on criminal charges against the owner of 14th largest conglomerate gets longer and longer.

The 69-year-old head of the nation¡¯s flag carrier Korean Air Lines was called to the prosecution office on June 28 for a probe on allegations of embezzlement and breach of trust. He appeared at the court determining the legality of an arrest warrant requested by prosecutors on July 5 and was investigated by police on Sept. 12 on the charge of inflicting losses to Jungseok Enterprise, one of the Hanjin affiliates, by forcing the firm to pay for his home security expenses to Unies.

The prosecution said it summoned Cho this time after learning new finding on his charges including embezzlement.

Prosecutors filed an arrest warrant on July 2 for Cho for alleged tax dodging, embezzlement, breach of trust and fraud. But court denied the request saying that his charges are disputable and it was difficult to acknowledge the validity of his arrest.

The Cho family is under multiple separate criminal investigations for charges from embezzlement to smuggling. His two daughters and wife were accused of habitual physical and verbal abuses toward corporate and housing staff.

On Thursday, shares of Korean Air Lines rose 0.71 percent to close at 28,450 won.
