Visitors have risen steadily. For a year since its opening in October 2014, 28 million people visited Lotte World Mall, and the number rose to 33 million for a year from October 2015 and to 39 million from October 2016 to October 6 this year. Another contributing factor for the rise is the opening of Lotte World Tower in April. In the first 100 days of the opening, the tower attracted more than 10 million visitors. The average number of visitors per day to the complex is currently 120,000 people, up more than 40 percent from 86,000 before its opening. By facility, Lotte World Aquarium drew three million for three years, and the country¡¯s highest observatory Seoul Sky one million for six months since April.
