South Korea’s tech giant Samsung Electronics Co. said on Monday that it is collaborating with Kolon Motors, BMW and MINI Group Korea’s official dealer, to present a collaborative exhibition at the “Kolon Motors Samsung Exhibition Hall” in Gangnam-gu, southern Seoul, until November 30.

The exhibition will showcase a total of nine products, including the large premium screen “Neo QLED 8K” and the portable screen “The Freestyle,” which will be displayed throughout the exhibition space.

The MINI exhibition area features the MINI Clubman and Countryman, two of the larger MINI models, and a camping concept zone with Samsung’s lifestyle TV, “The Serif.” There is also a zone where visitors can experience the high-performance JCW lineup via the Odyssey Neo G9 gaming monitor.

In the BMW New 5 Series exhibition zone, visitors can enjoy BMW’s three-dimensional engine sound using Neo QLED 8K and the “Q930C” Q Series soundbar. The exhibition space is equipped with the anti-glare Matte Display of Samsung’s lifestyle TV “The Frame,” which minimizes light reflections and allows visitors to comfortably explore the BMW 5 Series and the brand’s history in bright settings.

“This collaboration is designed to provide customers with a more unique and exotic screen experience,” according to Yong Seok-woo, vice president of the visual display division at Samsung Electronics. “We hope that customers will enjoy experiencing Samsung Electronics’ premium display products that are equipped with distinctive and innovative image quality technology alongside the various BMW and MINI vehicles.”

Samsung Electronics continues to engage in diverse collaborations with global automotive brands, following its collaboration with German luxury car brand Porsche in March 2023 to unveil a video of Porsche’s limited-edition 911 Carrera Panamericana Special at the Porsche Center Santa Fe in Mexico on a micro-LED “The Wall All-in-One.”
