South Korea’s Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction Co has bagged $70 billion ($58 million) order to supply power-generating equipment in the United Arab Emirates.

The deal is to provide a 270-megawatt steam turbine and a 540-megawatt generator for a liquefied natural gas combined cycle power plant under construction in Fujairah, about 300 kilometers northeast of Abu Dhabi, the company said Friday.

South Korea`s Samsung C&T Corp. is participating in the 2,400-megawatt power plant project as an EPC contractor.

Doosan Heavy I&C shares traded down 0.94 percent to 4,730 won in Friday’s morning session.
