South Korea’s leading tire maker Hankook Tire Co. will show off its high-performance lineups including top-rated Ventus Prime 3 at global automotive trade fair AutoZum 2019 to be held on Jan 16-19 in Salzburg, Austria.

It is the fifth straight year for the Korean tire maker to participate the trade fair. This year, it will showcase high-performance tires for sedans as well as trucks and buses.

The high-performance tires for sedans will include Ventus S1 evo3 and Ventus Prime 3. Ventus S1 evo3 is the tire maker’s latest high-performance tire for sedans that ensure smooth driving on various road conditions. The company plans to sell the model in Europe starting this year.

Ventus Prime 3 received the top rating on tire test by Germany’s leading automobile magazines ADAC Motorwelt in 2018 and another German magazine AutoBild in 2016, beating global big names like Michelin and Bridgestone. It is known for offering a balance between high-speed and safety performance, providing a comfortable driving experience.

The company will also display SmartCity AU04 plus. It is a high-performance tire for both gasoline-powered and electric buses. The company said the tire model is designed to endure heavy weight and offer good traction on any road conditions, including wet pavement and snow.

AutoZum is one of the world’s influential trade fairs for automotive industry ranging from automobile parts and fuel station facilities to accessories and tuning goods. The exhibition is held once every two years.
