Samsung Electronics Co. will reveal its enhanced wind-free wall-mounted air conditioner and a host of other new products at the International Air-Conditioning, Heating, Refrigerating Exposition (AHR Expo).

The AHR Expo is North America¡¯s largest forum for the heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) community that gathers about 2,000 makers from around the globe to showcase their latest products and technologies. This year¡¯s event will be held in Atlanta, Georgia from Jan. 14 to 16.

Last year, the Korean electronics giant unveiled its full lineup of residential and commercial-use wind-free air-conditioners.

This year, it will show off its new wind-free wall-mounted AC with double the cooling capacity of existing products. The latest model gently disperses cool air through 15,700 micro air holes while consuming 55 percent less energy thanks to advanced motion detect sensors, according to the company.

Samsung Electronics will also present a wide portfolio of ventilation systems designed specifically for the North American market, including the dedicated outdoor air system and energy recovery ventilator. The new products would help maintain clean indoor air quality and desired space temperature while saving operating costs of cooling and heating devices.

Other Samsung products on display are a system air conditioner with enhanced Wi-Fi connectivity and the new Family Hub smart fridge.
