South Korea’s top automaker Hyundai Motor unveiled the teaser image of the G90 flagship sedan under the independent brand Genesis on Thursday. The G90 will go on sale in Korea on Nov. 27 with preorders open from Nov. 12, the company said.

The G90 sedan is a face-lifted model of the EQ900, which was launched in 2015 as successor to Hyundai’s Equus sedan.

The new car features cutting-edge technology to ensure improvement in design, convenience, safety and driving performance. The exterior design is marked by horizontal architecture, which makes it look stable and grand, but not overbearing.

The brand’s unique design detail G-Matrix was applied the head and tail lamps and the wheels to give strong lines and rich volumes.

The front look attracts eyes with a quad lamp with a single line flowing through the entire car body from front to rear, side to side. In the side, the multi-spoke 18-inch wheel adds luxuriousness.

The interior design focuses on uniformity with air vent and audio switches laid out horizontally. Ergonomics was also improved with fewer center fascia switches. The automatic navigation system features the industry’s first over the air update to allow for an automatic and wireless update while driving.
