South Korea¡¯s Hana Alternative Asset Management Co. is cashing out of its Amazon.com logistics centers in Poland with better than expected returns.

Hana Alternative is negotiating the sale with multiple foreign candidates for an Amazon fulfillment center in Wroclaw and another one in Poznan, both in Poland, at an estimated 240 billion won ($217 million), according to industry sources on Thursday.

The Korean asset manager acquired the two logistics facilities in December 2015 and April 2016 at a combined 180 billion won. The properties were leased out to U.S. e-commerce giant Amazon.com.

The property would deliver an annual return of over 10 percent plus dividends. The investment bank decided to cash out in just a year to ride on the bright prospects in e-commerce.

Global real estate consultant CBRE has advised the sale.
