U.S. carmaker Tesla Motors has confirmed that it will start receiving bookings for the new Model 3 sedan from Tuesday in Korea. Deliveries will begin in the fourth quarter of this year.

The luxury all-electric four-door sedan comes in three trims: Standard Range Plus, Long Range and Performance.

The starting price is 52.39 million won ($43,000) for the Standard Range Plus and 62.39 million won for the Long Range and 72.39 million won for the Performance. Tesla is reportedly seeking 9 million won deduction through subsidy program of the Korean government.

The Tesla Model 3 has a minimalist dashboard with only a center-mounted 15-inch LCD touchscreen for all settings by the driver. The fully tinted glass roof adds an element of space and its custom audio system provides full sound.

Following crash testing, the Model 3 received five stars in every category from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the highest Euro NCAP score in active safety.
