Serveone, the property management firm under South Korean conglomerate LG Group, said Sunday it is launching office-sharing business in August to help solo entrepreneurs and startups save on rents.

The co-working space dubbed Flag One Gangnam Camp, which occupies three floors of the company’s building near Yangjae Station in Gangnam, offers 600 seats plus a large auditorium and seminar rooms, allowing tenants to run a showcase or a promotional conference in an affordable manner.

Flag One will provide office spaces optimized for the size and structure of tenant companies with user-specific business support and welfare programs.

The shared office space also features 13 meeting rooms with various themes and facilities for relaxation, according to Serveone.
