LG Electronics’ coolers were dubbed most reliable by Italians, the company said Monday citing Italy’s largest consumer group.

LG brand topped the refrigerator category of 15 names in a consumer survey led by Altroconsumo, the biggest consumer group in Italy. About 30,000 consumers named LG coolers being most reliable and energy-efficient.

LG last year launched Centum System program ensuring 20-year warranty on key parts in home appliances. Its bottom-freezer refrigerator consumes 30 percent less energy than other models of A+++ grade, the highest energy efficiency rating in Europe, according to the company.
